Management task
The public broadcasting companies jointly provide a budget for the training of staff members of the public broadcasting companies. Besides that they also expect from the Media Academie to guarantee continuity in the training of broadcasting staff members. The supply is determined as a result of an inventory from the various customers.
Because of this management task the Media Academie represents the public broadcasters in international settings where topics about 'training & development' are discussed (EBU, Preput e.g.).
Consultancy
Consultancy covers the individual supervision of, for example, a programme maker, host or anchorman to help develop a new programme concept and the supervision of an editorial team. Managerial advices are likewise possible.
